Steve and Judy have lived in Parkend since 1988, both of them work locally in the community. Steve is one of the local woodworkers and has incorporated some of his designs with the cottage.
They are both keen walkers and have discovered many wonderful routes and places to re-visit, but are still finding new experiences within the local area.
The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley offers a diverse range of interests and activities to suit people of all abilities and tastes. Bluebells in the Spring, vibrant colours in the Autumn, the geographical area between the Severn and the Wye Rivers is compact are easy to see on foot, a bicycle or the car.
